By placing an order on KeesCat, you agree to the following purchase terms.
Order Acceptance
- Availability & Approval: All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
- Unforeseen inventory issues.
- Confirmation: If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email and refund any payments made.
Pricing
- Currency & Changes: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added to your order total during checkout.
- Promotions: Discounts, coupons, or promo codes must be applied during checkout. We cannot retroactively apply discounts to completed orders.
Payment
- Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options.
- Authorization: Payment is required at the time of purchase. By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- Failed Payments: If your payment is declined, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Orders with unpaid balances may be canceled.

- Amendments: After 24 hours, changes to orders may not be possible and could incur additional fees.
Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days (domestic US orders) after processing. International orders may take longer due to customs.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or extreme weather conditions.
Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging.
- Exceptions: Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
